Return & Refund Policy

At Bike Gallery, we are committed to providing quality products and a reliable shopping experience. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

* The product received is damaged, defective or different from the product ordered.
* The product is returned in its original condition, unused and without installation or modification.
* The original packaging, accessories, manuals and invoice are available.
* Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are generally not eligible for return:

* Products that have been used, installed, modified or physically damaged.
* Products with scratches, dents, breakage or other signs of usage.
* Electrical and electronic products after installation or usage.
* Products damaged due to accident, improper handling or incorrect installation.
* Products without the original invoice or required accessories.

3. Refund

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.

4. Replacement

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, Bike Gallery may provide a replacement or refund, subject to product availability and inspection.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged or defective product supplied by Bike Gallery, we may arrange or reimburse the applicable return shipping charges.

For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Warranty

Product warranty claims will be handled according to the respective manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. Warranty does not normally cover physical damage, accidental damage, misuse or unauthorised modification.

8. Important

Customers are advised to record an unboxing video when receiving online orders. This may be required to verify damage, missing items or incorrect products.

Bike Gallery reserves the right to inspect returned products and determine eligibility for return, replacement or refund.
